About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the evolution of native mobile applications (Kotlin and Swift) toward a modern Super App architecture, ensuring:
- Technical and organizational scalability
- Excellent user experience
- High delivery velocity
- Security by design
- Operational and financial efficiency
- Strategic use of Artificial Intelligence in the SDLC and the product
- Define the target architecture for the Super App
- Lead modularization strategies
- Evolve native Android and iOS applications
- Define integration patterns between modules/features
- Structure strategies for mobile micro-frontends / feature modules
- Define offline-first, observability and resilience patterns
- Evolve enterprise-grade mobile CI/CD
- Act as technical reference for mobile squads
- Lead RFCs and architectural decision-making
- Define engineering standards
- Mentor tech leads and senior engineers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with Android architecture using Kotlin
- Strong experience with iOS architecture using Swift
- Background in large-scale enterprise applications
- Experience with mobile modularization
- Experience with mobile CI/CD
- Deep knowledge of mobile performance
- Experience publishing and governance in the App Store and Play Store
- Solid knowledge of:
- CI/CD
- Observability
- SAST/DAST
- OWASP Mobile
- Mobile security
- Experience optimizing cloud costs
- Knowledge of FinOps metrics
- Management of API and service consumption
- Experience with financial observability
- Prior experience with Super Apps
- Experience with domain-driven architecture
- Experience with platform engineering
- Knowledge of productivity engineering with AI
- Strong technical influence and leadership
- Strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Ability to navigate complex environments
- Excellent communication with business and technology stakeholders
- Product-oriented mindset
- Strong sense of ownership
- Ability to make decisions based on trade-offs
