About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Salesforce implementations involving standard configuration, custom development and data migration.
Provide ongoing platform support, assisting with incident resolution and continuous evolution of the Salesforce environment.
Manage versioning and deployment processes, promoting CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, acting as a technical reference for the team.
Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to ensure deliveries align with business objectives.
Work in an agile, collaborative environment, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process and risk mapping.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Programmatic development experience using Apex, LWC and JavaScript.
Experience with declarative development on the Salesforce platform.
Experience with integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of deployment practices, CI/CD, MVC architecture and code versioning using Git.
Experience with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary teams.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels.
