Key responsibilities & impact

Work with CI&T to support a client in the financial sector;
Develop backend components;
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, high-performance microservices;
Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including technical refinement, development, testing, and deployment;
Collaborate with the team to propose and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements;
Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices;
Work collaboratively with teammates and clients, fostering a productive and harmonious environment;
Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members to facilitate information sharing and alignment of goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Java/Spring development;
Clean code practices and REST APIs;
Develop unit tests;
Perform code reviews;
Knowledge of Node.js;
Experience with version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps Repos);
Agile concepts: SCRUM, KANBAN — daily stand-ups, sprints, reviews;
Experience in hybrid cloud environments (Microsoft Azure), CI/CD pipelines, Sonar, and microservices architecture;
Knowledge of Generative AI;
Experience with Angular development;
Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture;
Experience with automated testing;
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
