Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient backend applications using Python.
  • Collaborate with business teams to enable the use of Claude Cowork and automation tools, ensuring solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Integrate Generative AI and natural language processing (NLP) solutions to optimize interaction analysis and feedback automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience developing and optimizing NLP and Generative AI solutions, such as LLMs, for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and prompt engineering.
  • Ability to build autonomous agents and create reusable skills, as well as compose capabilities.
  • System integration via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalents.
  • Development and implementation of RESTful APIs and backend services in Python.
  • Active participation in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss technical solutions and process improvements.
  • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and robustness, and monitor and optimize application performance.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure full application functionality.
  • Train and guide business teams on hands-on use of Claude Cowork tools.
  • Keep technical documentation up to date and clear to facilitate maintenance and knowledge transfer.
