About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to strengthen CI&T's organic presence in search engines and AI-powered platforms.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, identifying opportunities related to crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, information architecture, schema markup, and organic performance.
- Plan and implement global and local content strategies focused on search intent, topical authority, and discoverability in AI Search environments.
- Conduct keyword research, semantic analysis, entity analysis, and map content opportunities for different markets and regions.
- Collaborate with content, branding, media, analytics teams, external partners, and global stakeholders to ensure SEO/GEO excellence across digital initiatives.
- Monitor organic performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and emerging AI visibility platforms.
- Create dashboards, executive reports, and business-oriented analyses, connecting organic metrics to pipeline generation, engagement, and growth.
- Develop continuous tests and experiments to optimize content, page structure, interlinking, snippets, and formats aimed at AI-generated answers.
- Keep up with SEO, GEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) trends and the evolution of search algorithms and LLMs, bringing strategic recommendations to the team.
- Support CI&T's global thought leadership and digital authority initiatives.
- Ensure technical implementation and continuous SEO/GEO best practices on CI&T's global website platform (Webflow).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in SEO, preferably in global, enterprise, or digital agency environments.
- Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content strategies.
- Familiarity with GEO, AI Search, LLM Optimization, AEO, or initiatives related to optimization for generative platforms.
- Experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools.
- Analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of web architecture, basic HTML, schema markup, and site performance.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, technology, and content teams.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Proactive mindset, oriented to experimentation and continuous learning.
- Experience with international/multilingual SEO strategies is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI-driven search experiences and optimization for platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot.
- Familiarity with automations, Python, APIs, or AI workflows applied to marketing.
- Experience in technology companies, digital consulting, or digital transformation.
- Certifications in SEO, Analytics, or Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of Webflow.
