About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work alongside the development team to ensure quality deliveries to the client;
  • Understand the current DevOps pipeline and support its migration and automation in GitHub;
  • Translate high-level platform processes and flows into low-level platform code and automations;
  • Actively troubleshoot issues with an analytical and decisive approach;
  • Participate actively in the team’s daily routine, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement;
  • Update and track the status of tasks in control and management tools;
  • Support initiatives to standardize, automate, and modernize the Mainframe environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience and knowledge of ChangeMan;
  • Experience and knowledge in Mainframe environments, COBOL, CICS, DB2;
  • Experience with DevOps processes and automation;
  • Analytical ability to understand flows, pipelines, and to resolve problems;
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with technical teams.
