About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a technical reference in Java/Spring Boot development.
Assist with day-to-day technical decisions, proposing improvements and scalable solutions.
Integrate with secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments.
Work with microservices architectures and Kubernetes (EKS).
Help evolve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure and traceable releases.
Ensure full observability (logs, metrics, alerts).
Communicate technical implementations clearly and collaboratively with the team.

Platform: EKS, API Management, ECS, AWS Lambda, Storage, Queues

Integrations & Security: APIs, Entra ID, ForgeRock
DevOps: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
Observability: Dynatrace
Strong experience as a Java developer with Spring Boot.
High level of technical autonomy.
Serve as a mature, collaborative technical reference focused on quality.
Ability to influence technical decisions and raise the team's level.
Good communication skills.
Continuous improvement mindset and focus on operational reliability.
Knowledge of Angular.
Familiarity with .NET (C#) environment.
Experience with web systems.
Experience in corporate and regulated environments.
Experience working with API-driven and microservices architectures.
Experience with solutions that use Artificial Intelligence.
Experience in interpersonal communication with clients' technical leadership.
