Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the demands and needs of a Design Hub
Develop an agency-style working model using artificial intelligence
Standardize the Hub’s work processes
Define team roles and responsibilities
Implement processes to measure productivity metrics
Engage with the client to collaborate on Design strategy
Manage the CI&T team and develop team members’ careers
Be accountable for financial, operational and People indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Design or a related field
Previous experience managing teams
Knowledge of agile methodologies and Design Ops
Ability to work with artificial intelligence
Experience in UX/UI
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to travel
