About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the demands and needs of a Design Hub
- Develop an agency-style working model using artificial intelligence
- Standardize the Hub’s work processes
- Define team roles and responsibilities
- Implement processes to measure productivity metrics
- Engage with the client to collaborate on Design strategy
- Manage the CI&T team and develop team members’ careers
- Be accountable for financial, operational and People indicators
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Design or a related field
- Previous experience managing teams
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and Design Ops
- Ability to work with artificial intelligence
- Experience in UX/UI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to travel
