About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with business partners who may have technical knowledge to identify their needs and propose technical solutions.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business terms to ensure alignment.
Support the development and optimization of back-end systems and services, ensuring they meet defined business requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional designs.
Help coach and mentor team members on relevant technical products and support the overall project lifecycle.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather technical business needs and convert them into actionable technical plans.
Document product features, business processes, workflows, and operational manuals with a focus on standardization, compliance, security, and performance optimization.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent English communication to effectively engage with clients and business stakeholders.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand, analyze, and convey complex technical requirements to both non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum principles.
Exceptional documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A consultative and proactive mindset, with the ability to lead technical discussions and drive informed decision-making.
Comfortable using, or willing to learn, technical tools that enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
Experience with projects involving back-end development, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
Skilled in maintaining and refining the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the organization’s current priorities and addresses user needs.
