About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead the North America content strategy aligned to business priorities, verticals, and GTM initiatives
- Build and manage a content roadmap across campaigns, events, ABM programs, and always-on initiatives
- Partner with industry, sales, and marketing leaders to identify key narratives and messaging frameworks
- Ensure alignment between brand positioning, thought leadership, and demand generation efforts
- Own the creation of high-quality, executive-level content in English, including:
- Thought leadership articles and bylines
- Whitepapers, case studies, and solution narratives
- Sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, POVs)
- Website and campaign content
- Translate complex topics (AI, digital transformation, technology solutions) into clear, compelling storytelling
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all assets
- Partner with campaign and ABM teams to develop content that drives pipeline and revenue impact
- Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion
- Define and track content performance metrics (engagement, influence on pipeline, conversion rates)
- Continuously refine strategy based on performance insights
- Work closely with North America stakeholders (marketing, sales, PR/AR, leadership) to support key initiatives
- Collaborate with design, digital, and marketing ops teams to ensure seamless execution and distribution
- Act as a strategic advisor on content best practices across the organization
- Provide direction and mentorship to content contributors and external agencies
- Establish and enforce content governance, processes, and quality standards
- Manage timelines, priorities, and workflows across multiple concurrent initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in B2B content strategy, content marketing, or related roles
- Proven experience supporting North America or global markets
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills (native or near-native proficiency required)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating thought leadership and long-form content
- Experience in technology, digital transformation, consulting, or related industries
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and business-relevant content
- Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, and content’s role in the funnel
- Experience working in cross-cultural, global teams (Brazil ↔ North America preferred)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a services or consulting environment
- Familiarity with AI, data, and digital product development topics
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance analytics
- Experience collaborating with PR/AR and executive communications
