About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead quality engineering efforts for Salesforce and SAP development teams. Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of AI agents.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and create test plans.
Execute and monitor automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.
Enhance testing methodologies and integrate new technologies, including AI-based testing tools.
Maintain documentation for automation/AI agents, test results, and methodologies.
Work with development teams to replicate, resolve, and verify bug fixes.
Stay current with testing tools and strategies, sharing insights for team improvement.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality assurance throughout the SDLC.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve defects.
Ensure consistent test execution, track results, and provide clear quality reports.
Structure and continuously improve QA processes within both teams.
Actively participate in team meetings, providing quality-related insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or Quality Engineer.
Strong proficiency in test automation using Playwright.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP development principles.
Experience in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and executing various types of testing (functional, integration, regression, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to implement and facilitate Root Cause Analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within agile development teams.
Experience in structuring and improving quality assurance processes.
A passion for AI technologies and a willingness to learn and explore new AI tools and methodologies. Familiarity with AI concepts or frameworks is a plus.
