About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain applications using Java and React.
Implement microservices with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
Integrate systems with cloud services, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
Participate in code reviews and ensure software quality.
Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
Contribute to architectures that support coexistence with legacy systems.
Work on event-driven architectures using tools like Kafka.
Document processes, technical solutions, and architectural decisions.
Propose continuous improvements to processes and solutions together with the team and the client.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in Java development.
Experience with frontend development using React.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server and MongoDB.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integration.
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Ability to identify issues and proactively propose improvements.
Nice to have:
Experience using Generative Artificial Intelligence to improve productivity.
Experience with cloud computing using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with orchestration and integration tools such as BPM, ESB, or API Management.
