About the role
- Structure and provide visibility for strategic projects, ensuring control of timelines, costs, risks, and deliverables
- Support decision-making through executive reporting
- Work on initiatives that are not always related to technology or digital products
- Require strong ability to organize, structure, and translate strategic requirements into tangible outputs
- Coordinate stakeholders and multiple workstreams
Requirements
- Established experience in PMO, project management, or governance
- Strong experience in planning, schedule control, budgeting, risk management, and dependency management
- Experience structuring and tracking strategic initiatives and projects
- Experience consolidating information and preparing executive reports
- Ability to organize and make loosely defined initiatives tangible
- Experience coordinating stakeholders and multiple workstreams
- Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with executive audiences
- Experience with tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar
- 6+ years working in PMO and/or project management
- Experience in medium to large-scale projects, preferably in complex corporate environments
- Experience with governance, portfolio monitoring, and KPI/control tracking
- Experience supporting the definition of action plans, risk mitigation, and delivery follow-up
- Experience with strategic initiatives, even outside technical or digital contexts
- Experience with traditional methodologies (PMI)
- Experience in consulting environments
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- PREFERRED: Advanced English
