About the role
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Balance incidents, maintenance, technical debt, and root cause analysis alongside new feature development.
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog to deliver measurable customer value.
- Stay up to date on technology trends and emerging solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to optimize delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner working with HR products.
- Experience working with third-party vendors.
- Ability to translate technical details into business language.
- Strong presence and presentation skills.
- Excellent spoken English.
