About the role

  • Define and evolve architectures that are scalable, resilient, and oriented toward reuse.
  • Actively contribute to software development by writing code and creating Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
  • Address and resolve complex technical challenges, guiding architectural decisions based on trade-off analyses.
  • Establish and promote standards, accelerators, and engineering best practices.
  • Develop and mentor talent, coaching team members and preparing new technical leaders.
  • Research and implement new technologies with a focus on practical innovation, especially in AI.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in backend development using Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, integrations).
  • Experience in frontend development with Angular, ensuring effective integration across application layers.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems architecture and best practices (resilience, scalability, observability).
  • Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and make architectural decisions.
  • Experience mentoring and developing the skills of other professionals.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems.
  • Familiarity with hexagonal architecture, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of applying AI to boost engineering productivity.
  • Experience creating accelerators or reusable patterns.
