About the role
- Lead the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the efficiency and quality of development processes.
- Automate and optimize application build, test, and deployment processes on low-code platforms.
- Oversee and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and application performance.
- Establish and promote security best practices across all stages of development and operations.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the DevOps and development teams, fostering a continuous learning environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects and project managers, to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Actively participate in architecture reviews and strategic decisions related to infrastructure and software development.
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps-related roles, with a focus on low-code environments.
- Expertise in automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar, with experience in advanced configuration and customization.
- Extensive experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and service orchestration at scale.
- Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including architectures and best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and implementing security practices within DevOps.
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) for automating complex tasks.
- Certifications in DevOps, AWS, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in financial or highly regulated environments.
