About the role

  • Propose a solution capable of orchestrating large volumes of transactional data to support our bank-level CRM strategy.
  • Design a scalable technical architecture that enables consumption and response to transactional events with low latency.
  • Orchestrate an ingestion, unification, and activation architecture for data, ensuring a Single Customer View.
  • Structure communication with NoSQL databases (focus on MongoDB).
  • Ensure the engine supports peaks of concurrent events, guaranteeing that offers or communications reach customers without delays or integrity failures.

Requirements

  • Expertise in NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and experience with analytical databases.
  • Deep knowledge of relationship flows and decision engines.
  • Solid experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub).
  • Knowledge of service decomposition, separation of responsibilities, and bounded contexts.
  • Experience with cloud environments to support high-availability architectures.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into viable, scalable technical architectures.
  • Act as a bridge between Data Engineering, CRM, and Business teams.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies (such as Salesforce Data Cloud) and to share knowledge.
