About the role
- Partner with engineering, product, and commercial teams to define a shared digital vision
- Take full ownership of your squad’s UX strategy — from service blueprints and journey maps to final delivery
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to align stakeholders
- Drive the full design lifecycle through prototyping and iterative refinement
- Advocate for the user, ensuring solutions deliver meaningful customer experiences while meeting core business objectives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products with a proven track record of success. Bachelor’s degree required.
- Exceptional ability to articulate design decisions, influence stakeholders, and present complex ideas clearly.
- Proven experience shipping digital products within cross-functional teams, using iterative processes informed by qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to balance high-level strategic vision with detailed tactical execution.
- Proactive approach to problem discovery, ensuring product roadmaps focus on solving the right user challenges.
- Capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Advanced English is mandatory for professional collaboration and global presentations.
