About the role

  • Lead the design process from ideation to execution, creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback sessions to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design solutions that meet project goals.
  • Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine the design approach and elevate user experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the eCommerce sector.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing a range of projects and the ability to articulate design decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and advocate for design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
  • Experience in working in Agile environments and collaborating with development teams.
