About the role
- Shape and execute Mexico’s marketing strategy in partnership with marketing and sales leadership
- Drive measurable pipeline impact through integrated demand generation programs
- Activate strategic partner marketing initiatives to strengthen ecosystem presence and credibility
- Translate global campaigns into locally relevant, high-impact market activations
- Lead execution of regional events, sponsorships, and executive engagement opportunities
- Elevate brand visibility through PR, media engagement, and thought leadership initiatives
- Partner closely with sales to execute account-based marketing strategies aligned to revenue goals
- Leverage data and performance insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Provide strategic marketing support for Colombia, ensuring alignment with regional priorities
- Adapt campaigns and programs to local market dynamics while maintaining consistency across regions
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing (technology or consulting preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proven experience in demand generation and integrated marketing programs
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican market
- Familiarity with the Colombian market is a plus
- Experience supporting marketing in growth or emerging markets preferred
- Strong understanding of the Latin American business landscape
- Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization
