About the role
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the leadership team and other company areas, including in complex and challenging situations.
- Draft and review contracts, legal documents, and other legal instruments, adapting to changing circumstances and demanding requirements.
- Represent the company in judicial and administrative proceedings, as well as in negotiations with third parties, acting assertively and with adaptability when required.
- Conduct legal research and analyze current legislation, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations even in adverse scenarios.
- Collaborate in resolving disputes and litigation, seeking efficient solutions in challenging situations.
- Advise the human resources team on labor and union relations matters, applying legal expertise to complex cases.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation and case law, adapting to developments and innovations in the legal landscape.
- Contribute to the strategy for enterprise-scale AI implementation, aiming to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, and promote an organizational culture aligned with the /Flow strategy. Develop and implement solutions that encourage effective use of AI across all areas of the company to improve performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Law degree (completed)
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
- Intermediate to advanced spoken English
- Experience with contracts, data privacy, and RFPs
- Availability for a hybrid work model in the Campinas region
