About the role

  • Act as a technical reference within the team, designing, developing and coding highly complex systems and components with excellence, following best practices and architectural standards.
  • Apply Lean thinking to improve outcomes by optimizing processes, ensuring efficiency and delivery quality. Make data-driven decisions that directly impact product objectives.
  • Investigate, identify and resolve complex issues in code, data or environments, ensuring stability, performance and scalability of solutions.
  • Actively participate in defining the technical strategy and product roadmap, mobilizing the team to achieve goals and assessing the feasibility of new implementations.
  • Proactively support team learning and development, acting as a mentor to more junior developers, performing code reviews and sharing your extensive knowledge.
  • Stay connected to trends and innovations, especially in AI and FLOW, seeking opportunities to incorporate new technologies to optimize workflows and enhance continuous delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a developer, able to work autonomously, provide technical leadership and deliver robust solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of PL/SQL and experience with one or more of the following technologies: C# and PHP.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, propose innovative solutions and contribute to the product's long-term strategy.
  • Ability to positively influence the team, help develop other developers' skills and competencies, and foster a culture of feedback.
  • Strong communication skills — clear, objective and persuasive — both technically and for diverse audiences, with experience sharing knowledge and training teams.
  • Manage adverse situations, turning challenges into growth opportunities and adapting to different contexts and cultures.
  • Genuine interest in engaging with cutting-edge technologies such as AI and FLOW, and applying them to real projects.
