About the role

  • Work alongside CI&T to serve a client in the financial market;
  • Develop both backend and frontend components;
  • Design, develop and maintain high-quality, high-performance microservices;
  • Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including technical refinement, development, testing and deployment;
  • Collaborate with the team to propose and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements;
  • Take part in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices;
  • Work collaboratively with teammates and clients, fostering a productive and positive environment;
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members to facilitate information sharing and alignment of objectives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Java/Spring development;
  • Experience with Angular development;
  • Proficiency in TypeScript;
  • Experience with Node.js;
  • Familiarity with Clean Code principles and REST APIs;
  • Write unit and/or automated tests;
  • Perform code reviews;
  • Experience with code versioning tools (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps Repos);
  • Understanding of agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) — daily stand-ups, sprints, reviews;
  • Experience working in hybrid cloud environments (Microsoft Azure), CI/CD pipelines, Sonar, and microservices architecture.
