About the role

  • Manage the feature backlog and user stories for a dynamic squad, ensuring the development team receives requests in a timely manner.
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders to align on new requests and dependencies will be essential.

Requirements

  • Experience in risk management;
  • Experience managing scope and roadmaps, sprint planning, and backlog refinement;
  • Writing feature specifications and business user stories;
  • Prior experience in management roles;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.;
  • Strong knowledge of task management tools;
  • Experience with engineering and software development processes;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Responsibility and commitment;
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • Continuous desire to learn and grow;
  • Resilience;
  • Important: Availability for one on-site day per week in Osasco is required.
