About the role

  • Contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment, ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Create and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios across multiple applications and platforms.
  • Implement performance, load, and stress testing to validate system stability and scalability.
  • Collaborate within Agile teams to define and evolve test strategies, standards, and QA best practices.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Analyze test results and quality trends, proposing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and support the leadership team in Quality Analysis across the Value Stream.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or SDET.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript).
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit).
  • Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman or RestAssured).
  • Advanced or fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
