About the role
- Requirements & Scope Management: Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and UX Designers to define product scope and translate business needs into actionable user stories.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between product and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication regarding timelines, scope, and constraints.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your understanding of modern digital product delivery to manage dependencies, ensure backlog readiness, and facilitate successful sprint activities.
Requirements
- Experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst role within software delivery.
- Proven track record in large technology companies or digital consulting environments.
- Strong experience in delivering web and mobile applications, with familiarity in multi-system digital platforms (CMS, APIs, etc.).
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of organisation with a proactive solution oriented mindset
- Ability to structure complex requirements and work effectively with distributed teams.
- **Nice-to-Have:**
- Experience working with cross-regional teams.
- Scrum or Agile certifications.
