About the role

  • You will act as the primary interface between global stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Scope Management: Define and refine product scope in collaboration with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and UX Designers.
  • Technical Translation: Transform business requirements into structured user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Backlog Governance: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog using Jira and Miro; manage dependencies across systems and integrations.
  • Delivery Enablement: Coordinate delivery activities across multiple technical teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge for requirement clarification, managing expectations regarding timelines, risks, and constraints.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in software delivery.
  • Environment: Proven track record in large tech companies or digital consulting firms.
  • Platform Knowledge: Experience with web/mobile apps, CMS, APIs, and cross-channel experiences.
  • Tools: Expert proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with experience in direct international client interaction.
  • AI Proficiency: Comfortable incorporating GenAI tools into the daily analyst workflow to improve productivity.
