Previous experience as a Quality Analyst / Test Engineer / QA or in a related role.
Experience with an automation tool (we use Robot here).
Knowledge of different types of automated testing: unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end.
DevOps-related concepts: Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and pipelines.
Ability to read and interpret logs.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and proactivity to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Experience testing Salesforce CRM — core and backend.
Experience with manual functional testing and automation (Robot/Python).
Experience with Git (Git Flow, Trunk-Based).
Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.
Ability to write complex and efficient automation scripts.
Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
