About the role

  • Utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud to develop, customize, and enhance functionality.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs within Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot Salesforce issues in a timely manner.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending improvements as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Experience debugging and resolving technical issues in Salesforce.
  • Ability to adapt to different work contexts, including project-based work and production support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
