About the role

  • Configure and implement automated journeys in Marketing Cloud for appointment, exam and procedure confirmations via digital channels (WhatsApp, Email, SMS)
  • Develop intelligent segmentations based on patient profile, care history and behavioral data
  • Implement lead acquisition, awareness and retention campaigns
  • Configure integrations between Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud/Health Cloud/Data Cloud
  • Implement NPS and post-care feedback journeys
  • Develop personalized communication templates in compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law)
  • Create and monitor campaign performance dashboards (ROI, conversion, CAC)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, CloudPages)
  • Experience with AMPscript and/or SSJS
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud integration with Sales/Service Cloud and Data Cloud
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud APIs and connector configuration
  • Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Administrator certification (preferred)
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
  • Intermediate English
