About the role

  • Lead technical development on Service Cloud and Health Cloud: 360° patient view, case management, and omnichannel support
  • Implement and configure Agentforce with generative AI for phone support, service automation, supervisor insights, and task management
  • Build process automations (Flows, Process Builder, Apex Triggers) for appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and lead management
  • Configure and customize Einstein Bots for WhatsApp support with generative AI
  • Implement Health Cloud features: longitudinal patient record, clinical encounters, eligibility, social determinants, and care plans
  • Participate in refinement and estimation sessions for epics and user stories
  • Mentor mid-level and generalist developers within the squad
  • Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and unit test coverage (TDD)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows)
  • Experience with Service Cloud and Health Cloud (highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of Agentforce / Einstein Bots / generative AI within Salesforce
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and the event-driven platform
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Accredited Professional
  • Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus
  • Fluent Portuguese; intermediate/advanced English
