About the role

  • Integration specialist responsible for designing and implementing integrations between the Salesforce platform and external legacy systems
  • Design and develop APIs and integrations on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to connect Salesforce with external systems
  • Implement bidirectional data integrations: customer master data, customer/partner registration, IVR (interactive voice response), confirmation/cancellation, contracts, leads and opportunities
  • Develop connectors for clinical systems (scheduling appointments, tests and procedures)
  • Configure and manage APIs on the Anypoint Platform
  • Ensure bidirectional data synchronization between Salesforce and HIS (Hospital Information System)
  • Implement error handling, retry policies, logging and monitoring for integrations
  • Document APIs in the Developer Portal and keep API contracts up to date
  • Participate in defining system boundaries and responsibilities during Inception

Requirements

  • 3+ years of MuleSoft development experience (Mule 4, DataWeave, Anypoint Studio)
  • Experience with Salesforce–MuleSoft integration (Salesforce connectors, Platform Events, Change Data Capture)
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns (API-led connectivity, pub/sub, batch processing)
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML and communication protocols
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) Level 1 or 2 (preferred)
  • Experience integrating healthcare systems (HL7, FHIR) is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced English
