About the role

  • Configure and implement Salesforce Data Cloud as a customer data hub (CDP)
  • Implement identity resolution to create a single patient/beneficiary profile
  • Configure Zero ETL connections with data lakes and external sources (clinical systems, Benner, HIS)
  • Define and implement the 360 data model (synchronous/asynchronous ingestion, cleansing, field derivation, mapping)
  • Create patient segments and set up activations for Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Implement data event-based triggers to automate workflows
  • Prepare the data foundation for AI (Agentforce, Einstein) and advanced analytics
  • Ensure LGPD compliance in data management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP) or similar customer data management technologies
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data integration
  • Experience with identity resolution and customer profile unification
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce Platform (objects, APIs, data flows)
  • Experience with LGPD/GDPR is a plus
  • Data Cloud Consultant certification (desirable)
  • Intermediate English
