About the role

  • Design, develop and evolve the Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
  • Establish Golden Paths that enable development teams to consume infrastructure and services in a self-service manner.
  • Actively participate in migration and infrastructure optimization projects.
  • Develop and implement robust Cloud infrastructure practices.
  • Design and build internal tools, services and CLIs.
  • Architect and maintain GitOps-based deployment platforms.
  • Develop and standardize reusable Helm Charts.
  • Design enterprise-scale GitHub Actions architectures.
  • Implement and manage advanced deployment strategies.
  • Integrate static analysis and security tools into the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Kubernetes (including CRDs, Operators and Admission Controllers).
  • Expertise in Azure Cloud and/or Google Cloud, with experience in API management/gateways, Container Apps/Cloud Run, networking, storage and managed databases.
  • Advanced knowledge of GitHub Actions, API-driven automation and integration with external tools.
  • Proficiency in Shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including provisioning and managing resources in Azure or GCP, modularization, versioning and module reuse, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Practical experience with GitOps and Helm Charts.
  • Knowledge of a programming language (Python or similar) and software development best practices.
  • Strong Platform Engineering mindset (treating the platform as a product) and SRE practices (SLAs, SLOs, Error Budgets).
