About the role

  • Produce strategic, technical, and executive articles for the Content Hub / blog.
  • Write copy for emails, newsletters, product launches, and internal campaigns.
  • Develop positioning content (thought leadership, AI, efficiency, case studies, and trends).
  • Outline scripts for videos, webinars, and demos.
  • Adapt content for different audiences (executives, developers, and exploratory users).
  • Translate complex AI and product concepts into clear, accessible language.
  • Support the development and evolution of Flow's messaging and positioning.
  • Ensure consistency of tone of voice across channels and formats.
  • Organize editorial plans with a focus on scannability, basic SEO, and reading experience.
  • Work in partnership with design to balance narrative and visuals.
  • Conduct research on AI trends and market benchmarks.
  • Use AI tools (Flow, ChatGPT, and similar) to support ideation and content structuring, refining outputs with a critical editorial perspective.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or Content Strategist.
  • Experience in communications for technology companies or digital products.
  • Proven experience producing long-form content (articles, blog posts, strategic materials).
  • Excellent writing (clarity, flow, argumentation, and structure).
  • Advanced English for reading and producing/adapting content.
  • Ability to translate technical topics into accessible language.
  • Organized and autonomous, able to manage multiple content briefs simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset with strong ability to execute.
