About the role

  • Support the migration of applications, databases, and pipelines across multiple DBMS, including Cassandra, MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, BigQuery, CrunchyDB, Postgres, and Hive DB.

Requirements

  • Main Requirements for this challenge:
  • Solid experience with database migration processes.
  • Familiarity with various DBMS technologies: Cassandra, MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, BigQuery, CrunchyDB, Postgres, and Hive DB.
  • Ability to ensure data integrity and minimal downtime during migrations.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills for both oral and written in English.
  • Nice To Have:
  • Knowledge of database security best practices.
  • Experience with automated migration tools or scripts.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
