About the role
- Develop robust architectural solutions and components in a collaborative environment.
- Maintain high-quality code aligned with industry best practices.
- Actively contribute to agile ceremonies, promoting knowledge and information sharing.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop features and architectural components using Kotlin and the MVVM architecture.
- Build user interfaces with XML and Jetpack Compose, ensuring accessibility and an excellent user experience.
- Ensure the quality of the team’s deliveries through code reviews and the implementation of unit and instrumented tests.
- Participate in business ceremonies, performing and supporting the technical detailing of solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve development processes, working closely with developers and the client; propose improvements and solutions; actively support the promotion of a positive learning and collaborative environment; structure Continuous Delivery; promote technical discussions and raise important points for the solution.
- Contribute to the individual growth of team members by supporting leadership and acting as a reference and mentor.
- Support modularization and communication between modules, as well as componentization practices.
Requirements
- Experience in Android development using Kotlin.
- Solid knowledge of MVVM architecture and best practices for a modular structure.
- Experience creating interfaces using XML and Jetpack Compose.
- Knowledge of unit and instrumented tests, as well as the Android lifecycle.
- Ability to adapt to adverse, dynamic scenarios and to work in a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
- You’ll stand out if:
- You have experience with Firebase tools (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config).
- You demonstrate knowledge of accessibility best practices in development.
- You have experience with product modularization and componentization.
- You are familiar with code quality analysis tools, such as Sonar (SonarQube).
