About the role
- Promote a culture of quality and test automation;
- Enable the use of automated tests in the development pipeline;
- Implement monitoring, alerts, and quality metrics;
- Monitor quality metrics and propose necessary improvement actions;
- Plan and oversee the creation and validation of test scenarios;
- Plan and execute functional and exploratory tests;

Requirements
- Experience with test automation tools for UI, integration, and performance/load testing, etc.;
- Experience with test automation using Cypress and Playwright;
- Software quality processes applied in agile environments;
- Analysis of functional and non-functional requirements to write test scenarios and test plans that ensure the defined objectives;
- Strong communication skills to engage both the team and the client;
