About the role
- Collaborate with the quality enabler squad, working directly with the client
- Define and evolve the test and quality strategy (automation, functional and non-functional testing, test pyramid, shift-left, etc.)
- Build quality capability among developers and teams (mentoring, pairing, workshops, best practices)
- Work across squads, supporting multiple development teams
- Track and analyze quality metrics (e.g., test coverage, production defects, lead time, perceived quality)
- Support the definition of QA processes, tools, and standards
- Have high client exposure, acting as a technical and strategic quality reference
- Report progress, risks, and QA maturity evolution to stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in QA / Quality Engineering
- Experience leading or acting as a technical reference in agile teams
- Strong knowledge of:
- - Test strategy
- - Test automation (UI, API, unit tests)
- - Quality in agile and DevOps environments
- - Experience in an enabler role, technical coaching, or team enablement
- - Clear communication skills and a consultative approach when working with clients
- - Systemic view with a metrics-driven and continuous improvement mindset
- Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience as QA Lead, QA Master, or Quality Engineering Lead
- Experience in environments with multiple squads (cross / scaled agile)
- Knowledge of models such as Team Topologies, Shift Left, Continuous Testing
- Experience with enterprise clients or high-complexity projects
