About the role
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual testing of front-end interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct back-end testing to verify data integrity, API functionality, and overall system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on manual testing and ideally some experience with automated testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with database queries (SQL).
- Willingness to learn automation testing.
- Experience in functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data quality tools or testing frameworks.
