About the role

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of Agile practices across teams.
  • Coach teams in Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to SAFe principles and practices.
  • Support the Release Train Engineer in planning and executing Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Assist in resolving impediments and challenges that teams face during Agile transitions.
  • Provide training and workshops to enhance Agile knowledge and practices within the organization.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps to manage Agile processes and track project progress.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desired: Experience with Azure DevOps tools and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Experience in working in global or distributed teams is a plus.
  • Availability to visit the client occasionally.
