About the role

  • Actively participate in technical refinement rituals.
  • Facilitate mobile development by modeling efficient and semantically correct REST APIs.
  • Identify and suggest architectural and technological improvements for backend solutions and integrations.
  • Monitor the application of software development best practices.
  • Ensure high test coverage across projects.
  • Export application performance and runtime metrics.
  • Anticipate opportunities and issues, acting quickly to develop preventive solutions.
  • Help guide the team and contribute to project decision-making.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in backend development with Spring Boot in Java (Java 21 and Spring)
  • Angular 18+, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, JPA)
  • Oracle database
  • GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
  • Microservices design patterns
  • Unit testing
  • RabbitMQ, Kafka, or other messaging systems
  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • API development in Java and Spring Boot
  • Using AI to accelerate delivery
  • Relational and NoSQL databases
  • Microservices development
  • Automated test development using the test pyramid strategy
  • Clear communication to ensure alignment across the team
  • Proper understanding of business requirements and technical refinement
  • Code quality and programming best practices
  • Constructive criticism and continuous improvement mindset
