About the role

  • Develop and guide the technical architecture of the project, ensuring proposed solutions meet regulatory and business requirements.
  • Lead the technical team in developing applications using technologies such as VB6, .NET Core, Cobol and AWS, providing best practices and guidance throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate technical requirements into effective software solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and address technical issues, ensuring delivery within deadlines and quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative development environment, facilitating knowledge sharing and effective communication among team members.
  • Explore the use of artificial intelligence to optimize the development process and innovate solutions.
  • Be available for frequent travel to São Paulo to meet with the client and align strategies and expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Software Architect or Tech Lead, ideally in regulatory projects within the financial sector.
  • Proficiency in VB6, .NET Core and AWS, with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to define technical guidelines and mentor the team.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Cobol, experience with mainframe environments, and familiarity with using artificial intelligence in development.
