About the role

  • Work hands-on in the development and evolution of backend and frontend solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Resolve technical issues decisively, with a systems perspective and a business focus.
  • Actively participate in the team’s day-to-day activities, contributing to knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Perform code reviews to support code quality, maintainability, and ongoing evolution.
  • Update and track the status of tasks in the team’s management tools.
  • Use and apply artificial intelligence (AI) to support productivity, quality, and technical decision-making.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Java and developing scalable applications.
  • Experience with React for building modern user interfaces.
  • Experience with Spring Framework and CDI.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and applying engineering best practices (Clean Architecture, Clean Code).
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Practical knowledge of Git.
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
