About the role

  • Lead the team technically, supporting architecture decisions and ensuring scalable, observable, and secure solutions.
  • Define and uphold engineering standards, coding best practices, testing, and quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and support the professional growth of team members.
  • Ensure the stability, performance, and evolution of applications by monitoring availability, cost, and efficiency metrics.
  • Support technical refinement, aligning architecture, documentation, and technical direction with the team.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical deliverables and project objectives.
  • Promote a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, continuous learning, and autonomous responsibility.

Requirements

  • Solid experience working as a Tech Lead or in technical leadership roles on complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Java and React, with experience in distributed architectures.
  • Experience defining solution architecture and making technical decisions.
  • Proven background in code review, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices, using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
  • Experience with version control using Git and GitFlow.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
