About the role

  • Develop, evolve, and optimize backend solutions using Python
  • Design and implement architectures for autonomous AI agents, covering the full lifecycle of LLMs
  • Implement solutions using prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and data vectorization
  • Define technical standards, architecture, and development best practices
  • Ensure quality through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Identify and resolve production incidents, including root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation of architectures, flows, and decisions
  • Act as a technical reference, supporting development and disseminating knowledge

Requirements

  • Strong, proven experience with Python, with a strong backend focus
  • Experience with cloud environments and distributed application architectures
  • Experience with containers (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, Tree of Thoughts)
  • Experience with RAG and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS)
  • Knowledge of fine-tuning and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) for model optimization
  • Ability to work autonomously, with systems thinking and a strong problem-solving focus
  • Experience with Git and agile methodologies
