About the role

  • Operational immersion: Work on-site (hybrid) and consultatively with operational teams (Cajamar and Vila Olímpia areas) to gain a deep understanding of routines and user pain points.
  • Mapping and diagnosis: Analyze current processes ("AS-IS"), identifying bottlenecks, verbose procedures, and inefficiencies in the use of existing systems.
  • Definition of AI solutions: Translate operational needs into business requirements for the application of Artificial Intelligence and Agents, defining what must be done to solve the problem and proposing solutions that leverage AI agents, Machine Learning, and Data.
  • Requirements management: Act as a bridge between operations and the technical team, ensuring that proposed solutions (specifically AI-based ones) are aligned with the realities of the process and deliver real value.
  • Future vision: Propose the design of new technology-enabled workflows ("TO-BE"), focusing on making operational work easier.

Requirements

  • Solid prior experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst.
  • Proven experience in mapping, modeling, and optimizing business processes.
  • AI: Functional knowledge of the capabilities, limitations, and applications of Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Agents.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into clear functional documentation for development teams.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to use low-code/no-code tools to optimize processes.
