About the role
- Plan and conduct discovery sessions and usability tests to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Act as a partner to business leadership.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.

Requirements
- Proven experience in design leadership.
- Portfolio demonstrating user experience (UX) skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Lead the design discipline of the business unit.
