About the role

  • Understand business processes within an organization or product.
  • Define and create user personas and user journeys.
  • Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for an organization or product.
  • Collaborate with product owners to understand technical and business requirements.
  • Support product teams in feature prioritization.
  • Create high-level prototypes and wireframes.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are implementable.
  • Perform UI/UX checks during implementation.
  • Help streamline processes and eliminate redundancies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and making data-driven design decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in the industry-standard design tool Figma.
  • Advanced English.
