Ensure CI&T is operationally positioned to win alongside our partners across Australia, China, Singapore, and Japan.
Coordinate partner events across the APAC region.
Maintain an internal repository of partner-specific sales decks, case studies, and technical assets.

Requirements

5+ years in the IT/Professional Services industry, specifically in Partner Operations, Program Management, or Alliance Enablement
Strong familiarity with the partner programs of AWS, Microsoft (Azure), or Databricks
Ability to work across APAC time zones and cultural contexts (specifically Australia, SE Asia, and East Asia)
Highly organized with experience managing spreadsheets, portals, and complex administrative workflows
Fluent in English; ability to translate technical partner requirements into actionable internal tasks.
